During this info-packed session, Erika will take you through her signature Get the Deal Done (GDD) method. You’ll gain the tools and outline to solidify your sales process, including defining the ‘hero message’ for your brand, understanding your target audience, and using messaging templates and systems to close deals and increase revenue.
Erika developed this method in an effort to provide results in a short amount of time for clients across diverse industries. She is a big believer in doing business with clients, and not with ‘ourselves.’ This GDD method is a proven way to drive growth versus going down a vortex of over-analysis. Learn more about Erika:
Erika Mandel is a passionate and diverse business leader who is known for guiding companies into their next level of growth. Her expertise and passion is in consultative sales, client relationship building, marketing/vision execution, and in multiplying top-line revenue in a short amount of time.
Erika spent the first 18 years of her career acquiring formal sales and sales management training at News Corporation, Quorum Business Solutions and KPMG. During this time, she found a passion in startup companies and was recruited to jumpstart the sales growth for two privately-backed startup companies in the healthcare sector. Erika has owned and operated two lifestyle startup businesses, a “He Said/She Said” restaurant review website called 2 Dine For, and a marketing/sales consulting firm called Leap Intuit (readysetleap.com).
Most recently, Erika and her husband Jed have joined the family business of 46 years, Creative Blinds. From May of 2019 to the present, sales have doubled despite the unprecedented COVID times, and she is incorporating her lifelong passion for home decor/design into her everyday.
Erika graduated from The Kinkaid School in Houston, and subsequently from Washington University in St. Louis, with degrees in Spanish and Business. Despite years of formal education and boots-on-the-ground career experience, nothing could adequately prepare her for her most challenging (and mostly rewarding) job: motherhood. Erika and Jed have three young boys: Jack (8), Max (7) and Sonny (3). Needless to say, there is a never a dull moment. Besides cuddling these monkeys, Erika enjoys traveling, immersive self-growth experiences, managing home improvement projects and actively participating in her Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) group.
