About Divya:

Divya Kannegenti concentrates her practice on intellectual property & technology and related matters. Her experience includes IP litigation, including patent and trade secret litigation; trademark prosecution, enforcement, and contested trademark matters; counseling clients on various intellectual property considerations related to new ventures; drafting and reviewing various types of technology transactions agreements, including software development services agreements; and advising clients on open-source license agreements and end user license agreements.

Outside of her legal practice, Divya enjoys traveling, pilates, dancing, and writing. She is an Indian classical dancer and Bollywood dancer, and in her spare time she writes screenplays and novels.
