Guests are encouraged to wear a favorite fashion piece or beauty look from a Black-owned brand, from casual staples to bold statement pieces. During happy hour, attendees will enjoy inspiring brand spotlights featuring Uncle Funky’s Daughter, Roki, and Lamik Beauty, along with insights into the business of fashion from Dr. Bonner, Professor of Fashion Merchandising at HCC. The evening will be set to feel-good, high-energy music curated by BomaCurates, creating the perfect atmosphere to sip, connect, and be inspired.
