Self Defense Class for Women

Join our self defense class for women taught by Mayra, a local female police officer. Now is your chance to learn the basics of protecting yourself using a method designed to help smaller opponents dominate larger ones using technique rather than strength.
Make sure to wear clothes you can easily move around in!
